475 cubic inch blown 8-71 blower with a maximum of 25% overdrive or

415 cubic inch diesel with mechanical fuel injection, no intercooler, no aftermarket cylinder heads and limited to a box turbo purchased thru interstate.

water injection allowed, water only, no additives.
