Safety Rule Clarifications for Interstate Trucks
Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 12:44PM All Interstate Trucks must have a shield around their fuel filters and fuel cut off switches if they can be hit by a broken driveshaft. This means all fuel filters and cut off switches on the inside of the frame must be shielded.
No batteries are allowed in or on the weight box of the 6200 lb. trucks.
The batteries in the 6500 lb and 6600 lb. classes will be inspected at a future pull. Danny will make a decision about where the batteries can be mounted at that time.
Any truck that throws excess oil on the track from blow by will be given 1 chance to correct it. If not corrected, you will be DQ'd at the next pull if it happens again.
These are safety rules.
